developer tools not longer works

Hi all

The developer tools are not working. One month ago they are working fine - I upgraded to the newest version since that- maybe this is the problem

When I go to Admin/Devtools/Module Builder - I see the buttons:
HOME, STUDIO, MODULE BULDER,DROP DOWNEDITOR - thats all

no content.

In the logs I did not found somthing, no error - repair and diagnostics are ok

Does someone have an idea?
