"Developer Tools" not working after upgrade

I have a question about not being able to use "developer tools".

My SugarCRM application is being hosted by a "host1". The version is 4.5.1i (Build 1176) It was offered as an application by "host1" to install so I used it. As time when on I saw where upgrades to application were needed, but "host1" didn't seem inclined to upgrade the application.

For various reasons I am in the process of migrating SugarCRM to "host2". I asked them to upgrade to the latest SugarCRM version (6.0.0) (Community Edition) which they did.

Now it seems I've lost functionality to parts of the program. Developer Tools such as Studio and Dropdown Editor are no longer available.

Is there any way to make those Developer Tools available once again?

I click Admin / Studio

I see buttons for Home , Studio, Module Builder , and Dropdown Editor.

The rest of the page is blank below the buttons.

I did the following and it didn't work.

Go to Admin -> System Settings -> enable Developer Mode;
Go to Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild;

Hi,

I guess this is file permission issues.

check server log & sugarcrm.log to identify the problem.
