I am new to SugarCRM, and am still getting to grips with the software,

I was wondering if there was anyway to implement a feed box that basically displays all of the dialogue between the company and the prospective client, at the bottom of the "leads" page,

For example, when you make notes at the bottom of the page, you can view a summary of the notes, that displays who wrote it and what was written, I basically want this box to just appear at the bottom of the page, rather than be a pop-up,
