Hi

I need to set up in our current system, a hierachy as follows:

Sales Agents-> Manager-> Head of Sales.

I 've been doing my research and yet I've been unsuccesful in setting up this or any hierarchial structure).
Two questions:
1. Should I be using the Teams module or the Security Suite module
2. How exactly do I attain the hierachial structure mentioned above ( or any for that matter)?
have tried using both Team and Security Suite modules but I have not fully understood how to set
