Differences between commercial and open source version ?

Hi,

Is anybody can tell me what exactly is the difference between the commercial version and the Open source version please ?

2) BTW I am testing the open source version and there is something which is missing for us

* We would like to see the possibility to manage maintenant contract. like a reminder or a pop up menu saying that we need to come back to the customer.. Is that something we can manage with the commercial version ?

* Is there also a possiblity to manage stocks as well ?
