I have one user that has a different List View in the Accounts module than all the other users. I thought there was a section where users/administrators could change the view for specific users, but I could not find it (now that I need it!!)

Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can either
1) set all List Views for all users to be the same
2) change specific Views for specific users
3) give me a tip to why this one user would have a different view than all the others.
