Hi,

I have a stupid error that started happening with some early 5 version.
In any related Contact field (say in tasks) I can type in the search concept directly (without using select and window picker). Unfortunately the system only searches for the first name rather than the last - so if I type in "Sixpack" it says no match, if I start with "Joe" it shows Joe Sixpack and all other Joes.
It wouldn't bother me too much but since the Thunderbird extension is apparently using the same mechanism I can't transfer emails anymore.

I checked the contacts table, the related indexes, I changed the name display - to no avail.

I use a Lamp stack with very recent versions (php5, apache2, mysql5)

Any help is greatly appreciated
