I've just installed sugar 4.5.1 and have some strange problem. During installation there was a problem with sample data loading but i unchecked it. But after logging into sugar there was still some error displayed. Then I've created some catalog structures because noticed that sugar had problems with creating it. That's fixed displaying errors. I've found e.g this strange folders:

/cachemodulesRelationships
/cacheuploadupgradeslangpack
/cachesmartytemplates_c

So I think there is a problem with directory structure creation by sugar app. Instead of creating /folder1/folder2/folder2 directory structure sugar creates /folder1folder2folder3 . But what can cause this behaviour? php parameters config or server realated config? I have php 5.2.1 and mysl 5.x installed.

Moreover I tried to install some modules (gantt chart and google maps integration) using module loader and this situation has happened again e.g

/customExtensionmodulesProjectTaskExtMenus
/customExtensionmodulesContactsExtLanguage
/customExtensionapplicationExtLanguage
includeSFL
