Can the import feature under the Contact & Account Module be disable? Preventing genral user's from importing data, allowing only user's with Admin rights to import?

Can the import feature under the Contact & Account Module be disable? Preventing genral user's from importing data, allowing only user's with Admin rights to import?

Yes, I know on 4.2 you can go to Admin and then System Settings and it's towards the bottom.
Title is Export and you can disable export or admin_only export.
If you're not on 4.2, you'll need to modify your config.php file to match what you want.
