disable the email settings tab for employees?

Hello all! How can I disable the emails settings tab for employees? Once their settings are set I don't employees playing with email settings or any settings for that matter.

Specifications:

SugarCRM-CE Version 5.2.0a (Build 5447)

After reading the sugar university I came to the conclusion, that option is not available. I than set roles to specific users limiting options for emails.
