So I have a handful of people that want to use SugarCRM, but I don't want to set up individual databases for them, I'd like to put them on a shared system.

However, I'd also like them to not really know this, ex: no other users on the assign to user list and no other users under the employee list...

Is this possible? If not I guess I won't even bother and just tell them it's a shared account.

"Some" as in a few lines, or "some" as in a nightmare of upgrade unsafe work?

If so I'll just tell people they're on a shared resource and I'm not going to create and manage 10+ databases. ;P

I'm not entirely sure as I haven't tried to do that yet although it's in my plans to do so.
