    Default Disallow deleting of records

    Hi,

    I want to forbit the deletion of cases that are closed. is there any way to do that without coding ? or i have to change the source code to do that ? in this case, wich file i have to update ?

    You can't do that without some level of coding. Using a logic_hook would likely be the most effective way (used in combination with roles).

    If you are using Pro/Enterprise, you might be able to do it with the Workflow Automation by changing the assignment to a different user when the case is closed. I don't know off hand.
