I'm using 5.2.0k community edition.

Is there any way to completely disallow duplicates? Right now it prompts you, telling you that there is already a duplicate account/contact/lead and asking you if you want to save, but I'd like it to just tell you theres already a similar account/contact/lead and not allow you to save.
