Disappearing Default Fields??

I can no longer access 2 different relate fields in Sugar Studio. I'm using Sugar 5.0 Professional On Demand -

Account Module - "Member Of"
Contacts Module - "Account Name"

I dragged these two fields into the recycle bin not thinking that they would disappear forever ...

Can someone please help me??

I need to either retrieve these missing fields or construct a custom relate field so that records show up in their associated records sub-panel?

I have the same issue with member_of after an upgrade from 4.5.1 to 5a. The field isn't in the database either. In vardefs it's there, repair doesn't help.
