Display existing fields into other modules

Hi

I am on Sugar Community Edition Version 5.0.0g (Build 3391).

1) I have created customized fields in the Opportunities module and would want the same fields to be displayed in the Accounts module as well without having to add the same fields and have duplicates of fields. I would want to access the Opportunities fields in the Accounts layout.

2) Also, is there a limit to the no. of users who can login to the system at same time? is there a conflict rule ie. if the same user is updating the same record at the same time, what happens then?

Hi Sal,

#1, yes, you will have to create it. Or else you can include it in the code. But studio manipulation might not be available.
For your point #2, I can say that there is an 'optimistic-locking' feature available to manage it.

This needs conflicts to CRM default, where the relationship between Accounts and Opportunities is 1:M.

Suppose some Account has 5 Opportunities. How could Sugar decide from which Opportunity the fields will be displayed into Account?
Actually, what is your need?
