display of panels based on the selection of dropdown

Hello,
I am using Sugarcrm5.2.j community version. I would like to use the display of panels based on the value selected form the drop down for one field. I tried the following link:-" http://developers.sugarcrm.com/Programmatically_Hiding_and_Displaying_Panels_Base d_on_the_Value_of_A_Drop_Down_in_51/t/47/viewed/" but it didnt work out. I even tried installing the development tool kit. but It displays and error as :- "Fatal error: Call to undefined method DynamicDropdown::display_() in D:\wamp\www\SugarCE-5.2.0j\SugarCE-Full-5.2.0j\custom\include\utils\DevToolKit.php on line 62". Can any one give their valuable suggestions to over come this. Thanks in advance for your valuable time.

Sugarcrm Version:- Community Edition & 5.2.j
PHP:- 5.2
MySql:- 5.2
Apache:- 2.2
