Display problem with sugar 6.2

I installed the newest sugar crm CE edition: SugarCE-Full-6.2.0RC1. Everything seems ok. However, the pages can not be displayed correctly. All layouts all not listed in places. I don't know why. Is there anybody that can help me. Many thanks!
