Displaying more than 20 leads

Is there any way to display more than 20 leads on the Lead screen (Sugar Community Edition)?

I get 500 leads from my website over the weekend, many of them are duplicates so it's a bit of a task to weed through them one screen at a time to delete all the duplicates.
