    Default Distribute a lage Contact List

    Hello people, I am building a small contact center of about 10 sits. What I want to do is

    1. Distribute all my contacts among the 10 agents/operatos

    or

    2. Make every user read a contact, call it, and then set it as "call again, discard or contract".

    Every contact has to be marked as "call again", "not interested" or "contract", so no other agent/operator will call it again.

    This is for a small call center for selling some kind of broadband internet access (so you can have an idea)

    Any idea how to do that?

    I guess it is pretty much up to you, but if you follow the first alternative, all your agents can have their own slot and it might be easier for them and for you to see the progress (how many calls made, how many left). Performance comparison between different agents might be easier as well.
