Hello people, I am building a small contact center of about 10 sits. What I want to do is
1. Distribute all my contacts among the 10 agents/operatos
or
2. Make every user read a contact, call it, and then set it as "call again, discard or contract".
Every contact has to be marked as "call again", "not interested" or "contract", so no other agent/operator will call it again.
This is for a small call center for selling some kind of broadband internet access (so you can have an idea)
Any idea how to do that?
