Do not call again actions

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody knew if there was something on crm such as a do not call again flag.

I know there are tick boxes on certain modules and you can click do not call, but is there a method where if I delete someone who does not want to be contacted, then I enter that contact again, will a flag show up saying do not call.

What I really want is a 'do not call' system that remembers the names/numbers of those that I shouldn't contact.

There are systems that do this I know as it is a person's legal rights not ot be contacted if that is their wish, but does crm do it?

the only feature out of the box is the 'do not call' checkbox on the Leads, Contacts, and Targets modules. Is there a reason you are deleting the contacts from the system? I suggest that you don't delete contacts, but maybe create a status dropdown if you want to use this to filter out your records for searches or reports rather than deleting (if you delete, you lose your history and the 'do not call')
