Document request

I modified the case management which we don´t use for cases but we want to use that as a document request form to send out Brochures and other Marketing stuff to customers.

I created a dropdown list with all literature that we have but now i came to the point where we have to choose the quantity of each brochure. have a look at the attachment and you can see what mean.

any ideas?

I see your attachment but didn't understand what are you trying to say. Please mention it clearly what do you want.

According to my understanding. if you want the user select quality of each brochure then you provide a drop down list or make a module and provide a relation ship between that module and cases.
