    Default Documents

how to restrict view of documents to those submitted only by yourself . Is there a possibility to make a field "accepted" checked by administrator or different group than submitting documents?

    Another question :

What is the best way to make time limit 48 hours for making changes in record ex. meetings then no changes are possible?

    Thank you

    1. Use roles to restrict rights to Documents. Set View, List, Edit, Delete, etc to Owner so that you can only view your own. Add the appropriate users to the role as needed.

    2. Use studio to add custom fields such as this.

    3. Probably some sort of logic hook utilizing the built-in cron job in Sugar. Certain things need to be configured to set this cron job up though. Pretty much anything in Sugar is possible with some elbow grease.
