    Default Documents associated to Accounts

Is there any way to associate documents to specific Accounts? For ex. if I have forwarded a specific quotation to a particular customer, is it possible to save this document under that customer-account data?

    TIA / c24

You can Create it as a Note with an attachment and then you can assign it to an account.

Yeah figured that option out already.

Just thought it would be convenient and intuitive to find all documents saved in the system under "Documents", grouped and search/filter by company name.

    Thanks

Well, if I were going to do it your way, I would add a variable and call it account_id. I'd add this variable to all of the necessary files & modules. (I can think of Accounts & Documents but not 100% sure )

I'd also create a table called accounts_documents and add the necessary relationship file.
It's basically how Accounts & Contacts are related except you're using the documents insteadl
