Documents missing after upgrade from 4.2.0c to 4.5c

Hello one and all;

I am hoping you can help. I have this afternoon upgraded our (opensource) Sugar installation from 4.2.0c to 4.5.0c (build 1155). This was done via patches: SugarSuite-Patch-4.2.0d.zip; SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.2.0-to-4.2.1c.zip; SugarSuite-Upgrade-4.2.1-to-4.5.0c.zip all downloaded today from the sugar website.

In the process, however, the Documents appear to have gone missing.

I can still see the original files in cache/upload.

I can still see the entries in the mysql database tables.

I just can't see them from within sugar.

Any ideas?

I have searched the forums (and google!) but to no avail - if I have missed somewhere this is solved, please do point this out (and if so I appologise!). I enclose a diagnostic file in case it's not just me missing a setting somewhere!

What happens if you rebuild relationships in Admin->Repair?

I ran that, but dispite rebuilding metadata for documents and document_revisions, the documents still do not show up.
