    Default Documents Module

    Hi all,

Does anyone know how to configure the documents module so that when you attach a document to it you can go and edit the path/file after saving?

At present it saves the record but you cannot then go and edit the path so you would need to create a new record for each change.

Alternatively I would like to create my own module that allows you to attach files to each record but I am not sure how do this.

Would welcome any suggestions you may have

    Thanks

    Default Re: Documents Module

Ok I have since seen another thread elsewhere that mentions document revisions.

Although this will work fine for documents I am not sure how to create a new module that functions in the same way.

I need to create a module for product listing. The list will be constantly updated with new products and product versions so the revision would work but I have no idea how to add it in or copy an existing module.

I am guessing this will be pretty complicated to do?
