    Default Documents - name of attachment in e-mail (ver 4.5.0g)

    I have upgraded to 4.5.0g and now, thankfully, e-mail attachments are working again. However, the document revision number comes out in the attachment, for example "Brochure-Revision_2b.pdf". I would rather that the revision info be suppressed and the attachment name in the e-mail be simply "Brochure.pdf". Anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?
