Documents viewing errors

When trying to view a document is Sugar's documents module, I get thiese errors:

Warning: require_once(modules//.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/Sugar/download.php on line 25

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules//.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/Sugar/download.php on line 25

Couls someone help?

Could you tell us more about your setup and the documents you are trying to view.

Again: TO ALL, not just you mhorovitz
when you click on the New Post button to enter a new message it says right there to give us your server info and versions. Without these we cannot help alot of the time. It is not optional, please, pretty please, help us help you

Thanks for your reply. I have to accept that may not have read the instructions properly but I will in the future.
I am running Sugar 4.5.1f with PHP 5.2.1 and Mysql 5.0.38. It doesn't seem to matter what file (pdf for example or simple txt).
Installation on Ubuntu 7.04

I have the same problem with Accounts, Contacts, etc. after an upgrade from 4.5.1e to 5.0 beta2.
Can someone help us?
