I have searched the site along with the wiki and the forums I don't see any threads about it so I am wondering if it is a feature in 4.5 OS and I am just missing it.

I am running 4.5.0g
User notifications are working properly when tasks are assigned.

Maybe I am going about setting up my cases incorrectly?
