Does Sugar CE list activities/meetings by month anywhere?

I have searched on meetings by month or activities by month among other things. I use Act now and all it does is keep the contact list centralized and we throw customer contact "meetings" into it. So if Joe calls we make a small note for 10 minutes and what we talked about. Not real heavy use, 10 to 15 times per month. We just Act instead of helpdesk software.

Sugar is just foreign to me and the Contact list is fine. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to view the last 30 days or last months 'meetings' were. I don't even need to print them out. I just want a list. 1 hour on this day and 15 minutes on that day.


Does Sugar do this? What is it called?

You need something like the attached screenshot?
You can do it in studio.
Add the two duration fields to the listview and the startdate field to the basic search.
Then you can search all meetings of a month by giving yyy-mm in the startdate search field.

Can I ask you another question? In the above screen shot there is a related to field. It would be nice to. I added the "partent_name" to the search screen as well. However, I have the drop down for 'account' and an empty box but the select button does nothing. Is there a way to have a drop down with the accounts available too ?
