I have searched on meetings by month or activities by month among other things. I use Act now and all it does is keep the contact list centralized and we throw customer contact "meetings" into it. So if Joe calls we make a small note for 10 minutes and what we talked about. Not real heavy use, 10 to 15 times per month. We just Act instead of helpdesk software.
Sugar is just foreign to me and the Contact list is fine. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to view the last 30 days or last months 'meetings' were. I don't even need to print them out. I just want a list. 1 hour on this day and 15 minutes on that day.
Does Sugar do this? What is it called?
