Does SugarCRM feature dynamic contact groups ?

I'm looking for a way to define a dynamic group of target/contacts based on the equivalent of a saved query, and use that as a 'target' for campaigns. This would keep me from having to update target lists/contacts every time. Is this possible in SugarCRM ?
