Default don't save SSL or TLS setting

Hello, i'm new from this forum.
    I have a little problem.
In my new installation of SugarCRM Versione 6.3.1 (Build 7095) when i try to save settings security for email to "None", in TLS or SSL, the page are saved but if i look the settings for security are SSL enable.
I need to set the port on 25 and disable criptografy, how can i do to modify this settings?

It seems to be working on my 6.3.2. Can you look at the log file (sugarcrm.log) and see if there are any errors in there. If you change other things in the email record, do they save>

can you go to admin->system settings and set the log level to 'info' and then try setting the email again and post the log file then. If after that there still is no log file then you have permission issues on your server and that might be contributing to this issue as well.
