Don't see "workflow management" task on developer tool

I use sugarcrm 5.5.
In my admin panel, it has not "workflow management" task.
How can I show it? And How create a workflow with sugarcrm?
Hepl me, please. I'm new user.

This option would only be available in Professional or Enterprise.

I download SugarCE-Full-5.5.0.zip and install in localhost.
I want to create a workflow about email. But I don't know how to start.

The version you have does not include the workflow feature you are looking for. You have to pay for the version that has that functionality.

You can build the functionality manually or look on sugarforge.org for a module that may do what you want.
