    Default downgrading php-json to 1.1.1??

I didn't have the json installed, so I did a yum install, and now I have the latest version 1.2.1.

I know it's not really related to SugarCRM, but does anyone know how to downgrade (or install it) to version 1.1.1? I would like to get the module activated.

    Thanks!

Best thing would be to remove the package and download and compile form source (see the 'older...' link on:

Either the SRPM (red hat yada yada) or the tar-zipped source.

Is there an update to the original poster's question now that PHP is shipping with JSON? Doesn't look like a simple 'download & install from source' is going to cut it here. JSON is now in PHP's ext/json directory, but the files shipped with PHP don't exactly match what comes in the source for JSON 1.1.1. Any input? Thanks.
