Download list of errors - error message

hello

whenever i try to "download the list of errors" in sugar crm , i get a prompt that says "forbidden 403"
have attached the error message

am using sugarcrm 5.2 professional

Hi,

this is a permission Issue.
set the permission of the cache directory and all its files.
