Download pictures in emails

Hi everyone,

I know how to download pictures in the free sugarcrm I have but I cannot download it maybe because of the serveur or anything else...

I don't know how to re-active the sugar'serveur to download pictures.

Do you know if there is a French forum or if I can call French technical people to explain my problem? It is not very easy to me to explain it in English.
