Drop- Down List - add complete list in one step?

Hi,

we have a list of destinations and would like a put them into a drop down list. Do we have to add every destination one by one or is there a possibility to add the whole list of destinations in just one step?

Create drop down and add some value. And go to language file and add other fields.
