Hello all,
I am wondering if you can place any editable fields into the detail view of a lead. In this case i need to add a custom dropdown menu into the leads detail view that can be changed without the user going into edit view. I already created a custom dropdown menu with values and added this to my leads detail view in layout editor but the dropdown menu is grey'd out. I need it so that my agents can access this menu for each lead. Can this be done?
