Dropdown help....

Hi there

I have installed Sugar and our team is happily using it. The only problem is I would like to add some dropdowns on the add contacts page... ie the user can only select one of our predefined options.

I have tried doing it in the dropdown creator but with no effect Anyone give me any tips, or point me in the directions of any tuts on it?

Hello Steph,

You'll want to use the Studio (found in the Admin section). You'll need to define your dropdowns in the Dropdown Editor as you mentioned, but then you need to add a dropdown field to the Contacts module. That's where Studio comes in.

hmmm, will give it another try. I tried doing this before but got no where

Maybe I should just pay a developer familiar with Sugar to do it.
