Dropdown lists

Hi I am new to this forum as I have just set up SugarCRM at work. The oproblems I have is that I set up a complaints monitoring database using the CASES function.

Everything was fine last week but now when I try to edit a drop down list it will now longer save my amendments. In addition to this I am unable to create new dropdowns, when I create a custom list and try to link it to a new field the list has dissapeared.

Can anyone put me in the right direction as I need to get these amendments done urgently.

It sounds like a file permission issue to me

Check the permissions of custom/include/language folder

Yep, one of my colleagues had made copies of the php file and not copied them back properly, the permissions were all wrong; I can now amend.
