There is a problem with our system in that it sends mulitple call reminders and there is mulitple entries in the call scheduling. this seems to be related to a version update, but just wondering if this is happening to anyone else. I have searched the forums and cant find any threads related tot his specific problem.

the amount of duplicate call reminders seems to be directly realted to the amount of call schedule entries.

any help?
