Duplicate contacts when linked to multiple accounts

It appears that when you assign one contact to multiple accounts and export all the contacts it is exporting that single contact twice that is assigned to the different accounts. I can see why you'd want to see the contact represents both accounts but for the purpose of using that exported data for a mailer you would have a duplicate. Any way around this? thank you.

Once "Account Name" is a field available on both ListView and Export so the contacts are duplicated, to let you know to which Account this Contact is related.
This is part of the core logic of Contacts.
I don´t believe there is a easy to implement way to "fix" that.
