SugarCRM CE 6.2.3

Under Admin->Inbound Email I have SugarCRM looking at a folder in an email address and automatically emailing out an auto-reply template to the originator of the email.

The problem is people are complaining that we're spamming them and based on the database, it looks like we're sending out the same auto-reply template over and over and over again.

Where do I tell SugarCRM to only send them one auto-reply and that's it?
