Duplicate entries for one record

We have encountered a strange issue where we have a lead that seems to be duplicated in Sugar, but phpmyadmin lists only one record, and whats stranger still if you use the merge duplicates option it creates another instance of the duplication in sugar...anyone seen this?

Strangely, while trying to get to the bottom of email problems, I've figured out that sugar is showing duplicate entries for emails on our system... just like your example there's only one record in the database....??

Hi,
Same thing occuered, but this time in opportunites module, when trying to cancel an opportunity, many empy opportunities are created
so basically i think it is a bug
