Default Duplicate entries when exporting reports in csv file

    Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me. When exporting a report in MS Excel in a csv file format, I continue to get duplicate entries, regardless of the expected close date. e.g. although the expected close date is between 31/03/2009 - 30/06/09, my exported report contains dates from last quarter, and even last year. I am the owner of the report also.

Two of my colleagues have test this, and it works as expected for both of them.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Thalia

What edition and version of Sugar are you using? Can you describe the report filter parameters in more detail? I'd like to try and reproduce this.

SugarForge- open source modules, themes, lang packs | SugarExchange - commercial extensions

Thank you. I will ask one of our developers to try this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    We are using Sugar 5.2.0.

Strange thing is that this works fine for my colleagues.

Regardless, its a report related directly to the Opportunities Module. I only have one filter group that contains 2 filters. The filter operator is AND for the filter at the very top as well as the filter I have added (Filter 1.1).

    The two filters are:
Opportunities License Products is one of (and I have selected our products here)
Opportunities Expected Close date is Between 01/04/2009 and 30/06/2009

When exporting as a csv, the report includes dates from back in Dec 2008!

    Cheers,

    Thalia

    Hi Thalia,

I assume "License Products" is your custom field. By ignoring this field and just using "Expected Close Date" as the filter, I couldn't reproduce your case. The report generated is within correct date range.

As you mentioned, it works fine for your colleagues, I guess it is related to your own environment.

    Thanks,
    Franklin
