I have researched this issue. I'm seeing reply's to this subject that are all over the place.

We're simply trying to add contacts on the Accounts subpanel.

Currently, any time anyone tried to add a contact, the get

Does anyone have a clear fix for this problem?

Any info would be appreciated.
