I have a group folder set up to import email every 5 minutes. The trouble is that certain emails are appearing multiple times in the email window. I have certain emails now appearing hundreds of times. This only affects a handfull of emails and all the rest are OK.
I am running Version 5.0.0d (Build 3235) which was un upgrade from a SugarCRM 4.5.1 installation on an Asterisk box.
I have tried repairing the incomming email and rebuilding the relationships. This has not solved the problem. Looking through previous posts on the forum I see that this was a problem with the length of email id in version 4.5.1. Surely this would not be the same issue in version 5.
If anyone one has any pointers on resolving this it would be greatly appreciated.
