Duplicate ip in email activity link

When I assign an activity to a user, he receives an email with a link to that activity, but the link its incorrect, because it shows a duplicate ip:
http://192.168.0.1/78.34.12.11/sugarcrm/.......
Where the first ip is the internal ip and the second Ip is the external ip.
If I check config.php, the url is set to http://78.34.12.11/sugarcrm/..
It happens since I change the site_url in config.php to http://78.34.12.11/sugarcrm.
I have run the repair admin option but error continues.
If I send an email campaing, the tracker url is correct. It only happens in notifications emails.

Solved. Human error In site_url there is http:/78....., not http://
