Duplicate Merge Custom Fields

We are using Sugar Suite 5.0.0, Community version but not sure about the other information.

We cannot get our custom fields to show up when doing a duplicate merge. I went into Admin and went to the Edit Custom Fields and opened one of the fields. There is a filed property called "Duplicate Merge" and it has a drop-down menu. When I select the drop-down menu it is blank, no options to select. Screen Picture Attached.

Any help would be great.

The hardcopy you posted is not sugar 5.0 !
I think your upgrade from 4.5 to 5.0 did not succeed.
I attached a hardcopy of a 5.0.0a panel.
