Duplicate project doesn't move tasks with it. Help!

When I duplicate a project no tasks move with it.

I created a project to act as the template.
Created several tasks under it.
Saved everything left the module and came back in.
Selected the project I created. Clicked duplicate.
Changed the name and description and saved.
Went back to the project list. Selected the newly created project.
No tasks listed under it.

From looking around the Forums I know Sugar Pro has a way to provide a templating feature. I also saw some forum entries that said what I did above should work fine? Do I need to get in and edit the PHP to get the duplicate button to work right or am I missing something.

I've asked the same question myself and never got a good answer. My guess is that their definition of duplicate differs from what others may assume.

I'm almost positive that there is a module on SugarForge or SugarExchange or whatever that does this but I haven't installed it as I don't really trust these modules to allow me to upgrade gracefully.
