Duplicate records after applying patches

Hi,

Every time I apply a patch to version 4.5.0, on the home page, each Activity is shown twice.. so if there is a meeting scheduled for 2 PM, the entry is displayed twice one below the other. This happens after I have applied each of the latest 3 patches for Sugar CRM 4.5.0. Any idea what could be happening here??

Have you applied 4.5.0 patch F? We addressed this issue in patch F which was released on Saturday.

Hi,

Yes, I did... in fact I had hoped that this problem would be taken care of after applying pathc "f", but it happened again. And the main problem is that when I go into the details of one of these duplicate entries and delete it, all the entries of that record are deleted!
